N = \(\begin {pmatrix} 2 & -1 \\ 5 & 3 \end {pmatrix}\)
(b) p(2,-3) = (2(2) + 3, 5(2) + 3(-3))
= (7, 10 - 9) = (7, 1)
p(7, 1) = (7(1), 2(7) - 1)
= (7, 21, -1) = (7, 20)
(c) Q`(2, 4) = (2(2) - 4, 5(2) + 14)
= (4 - 4, 10 + 12)
= (0, 22)
