Correct Answer: D. \(\frac{12}{25}\)

Explanation

(\(\frac{2}{5} \times \frac {3}{5}) + (\frac{3}{5} \times \frac{2}{5})\)

\(\frac{6}{25} + \frac{6}{25} = \frac{12}{25}\)
