(ii) Supply of labour - due to high population in urban area, cheap labour can easily be available for the industries to use

(iii) Reduction in cost of transportation. Since there are good road network coupled with numerous vehicles, cost of transportation of both raw material and finished goods is reduced

(iv) Favourable market. Urban areas serve as good market for the location of industries because of high purchasing power of the urban dwellers

(iv) Easy source of capital: Most urban areas provide the means, i.e banks where entrepreneurs can easily get loan to boost their production
