W = ½ke\(^{2}\) = \(\frac{f^{2}}{2k}\)
W = \(\frac{50^{2}}{2 \times 100}\)

e = \(\frac{F}{K} = \frac{50}{100}\) = 0.5m
w = ½ =ke\(^{2}\)
w = ½ x 100 x 0.5\(^{2}\)
W = 12.5 J
