solve \(\frac{2x + 1}{6} - \frac{3x - 1}{4}\) = 0

  • A. 1
  • B. \(\frac{1}{5}\)
  • C. -\(\frac{1}{5}\)
  • D. -1

Correct Answer: A. 1

Explanation

\(\frac{2x + 1}{6} - \frac{3x - 1}{4}\) = 0

\(\frac{4(2n + 1) - 6(3x - 1)}{24}\) = 0

-10x + 10 = 0

-10x = -10

x = \(\frac{-10}{-10}\)

x = 1
