Correct Answer: C. -1

Explanation

9^2x = \(\frac{1}{3}\)(27^x)

(2²)^2x = \(\frac{(3^{3x})}{3}\)

(3^4x) = 3^{3x - 1}

4x = 3x - 1

4x - 3x = -1

x = -1
