In what ways did the Nigeria National Democratic Party (NNDP) contribute to the political development of Nigeria?

Nigeria National Democratic Party contributed to political development:

(viii) It was the first political party to be formed in Nigeria (June 24th, 1923) under the leadership of Herbert Macaulay.

(ix) The party served as a link between the people (Lagosians) and the colonic government.

(x) It was responsible for the upgrading of Lagos Town Council
