Solve the equation \(\frac{m}{3} + \frac{1}{2} = \frac{3}{4} + \frac{m}{4}\)

  • A. -3
  • B. -2
  • C. 2
  • D. 3

Correct Answer: D. 3

Explanation

\(\frac{m}{3} + \frac{1}{2} = \frac{3}{4} + \frac{m}{4}\)

\(\frac{m}{3} - \frac{m}{4} = \frac{3}{4} - \frac{1}{2}\)

\(\frac{m}{12} = \frac{1}{4}\)

\(4m = 12 \implies m = 3\)
