He would however not do so without first getting Philemon's consent in order to remove any shade of command. He, therefore, appealed to Philemon, if he still regarded him as a partner in Christ, to receive Onesimus back as he would receive Paul himself. If Onesimus owed him anything, he should charge same to his own (Paul's) account with assurance that he would pay it back on his next visit. In the mean time, he should prepare a guest room for him and pray to God to make his visit a reality.

(iii) King Solomon, in his wisdom, ordered that the living child be divided into two and give half to one, and half to the other.

(iv) The woman whose child was alive protested the judgement.

(vi) But the other applauded it saying, "It shall be neither mine nor yours, divide it".

(vii) King solomon then ruled that the living child be given to the first woman.

(viii) When Israel heard of the King's judgement, they perceived that the wisdom of God was in him.

Explanation

(a) Osmosis is the process by which water molecules or solvent move from area or region of weaker solution through a semi-permeable membrane. • A young herbaceous plant, balsom or water plant, is uprooted.
• The roots are washed with water to remove the soil particles.
